Enterprise Data Governance Intern

Geisinger System Services June 2024 - Present
  • Monitor, log, and summarize daily incident reports created by system algorithm
  • Prepare and present visual graphics with Power BI for team meetings to illustrate the current state of incidents in master data management (MDM) pipeline
  • Query source system databases with SQL statements to locate customer records and address possible anomalies
  • Communicate and validate record changes made with their source systems before pushing changes to production

Software Engineering Intern

Golden Section Ventures December 2023 - May 2024
  • Utilized libraries such as NumPy and pandas to pull, transform, and cleanse raw CRM data stored on HubSpot
  • Developed, tested, and optimized AI prompts to maximize the insight and output from various OpenAI GPT models
  • Created a desktop GUI application that allows end users to run any deal in the CRM dataset through the model

Convolutional Neural Net

Implemented the forward pass of an 18-layer Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) using the CIFAR-10 dataset to process 32x32 color images through multi-stage filtering, dimensionality reduction, and feature extraction to classify objects into 10 distinct categories

Parser and Type System

Implemented a system which recursively parses a character stream for a model programming language to verify if it is following proper grammar rules and typing for the language

JBOD System

Developed a working Just a Bunch of Disks (JBOD) system capable of reading and writing to disks on both the client and network side which uses a least recently used (LRU) cache implementation to improve efficiency

Large Language Model (LLM) Project

Worked with a venture partner to develop a custom desktop GUI application that utilizes a GPT-4 model to analyze sales pipeline data to determine the likelihood of deals closing, score the pipeline against various sales methodologies (BANT, Meddic, etc.), and recommend sales tactics based on the analysis

GPT Joke Bot

Created an automated X (Twitter) bot which uses the GPT-4o model to generate a joke for every word in the English dictionary and posts it automatically to its page, @GPTOnEveryWord, every hour through GitHub Actions

Course Scheduler Application

Developed a multi-user desktop GUI application which mimics a college course scheduling application where users are able to visually interact, store, and access data from a local database to create courses and student schedules
